Because your genetic data is highly sensitive, Yehuda Genes is built with a privacy-first approach. Before you load your file into your browser, please review and acknowledge the following:

  • Your DNA is securely stored: Your genetic data is stored in your secure cloud account (Supabase) and cached locally in your browser for fast access. Only you can access your data through your authenticated account.
  • How the AI works: Yehuda Genes uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to answer your questions. When you ask a question, the application scans your local database and sends only the specific genetic markers relevant to your question to the AI to generate a response.
  • AI makes mistakes: AI models can—and regularly do—hallucinate, misinterpret complex scientific data, or provide incomplete answers. Information provided by the chatbot should be treated as a starting point for your own research, not as absolute truth.
  • Not medical advice: Yehuda Genes is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
